API Marine signs a new contract for delivery of Integrated Cargo Control, Alarm and Ballast Monitoring System for chemical tankers under construction in Turkey
Following the recent fleet contract for supply of full integrated Cargo Control and Automation System for 10 chemical tankers for Palmali now under construction at the new Besiktas Shipyard in Yalova, API Marine has signed a new contract with Seyma Shipping, Turkey for delivery of Integrated Cargo, Alarm and Ballast Monitoring System for 2 new chemical tankers under construction at Denta Shipyard, in the new Yalova shipbuilding area in Turkey.
Delivery of equipment is scheduled for 2010.
The tankers have capacity of 6200 DWT and are built under Bureau Veritas classification rules.
The contract between API Marine and Seyma Shipping has been result of an on-going successful collaboration between API Marine and Mr. Murat Bayrak, Emarine Engineering Ind. & Trade Co.Ltd., Istanbul – agent and partner of API Marine in the Turkish market.
